NAGANO APPLE ALE

A slightly sour ale made with apples from Minowa Town, Nagano Prefecture. The apple blossoms that bloom in early summer look very bright together with the fresh greenery. Using plenty of sour apples, the soft sweetness and the scent that influence each other. Finished with a dignified taste. No added sulfites like wine or cider. It's unfiltered, so it's a little cloudy.

It is a gem that is dry and not sweet, yet has a strong apple flavor and acidity.
